This area is continuously expanding and is now home to the new South Health Campus. With a well considered mixture of industrial and neighbourhood areas, this section of Calgary has become one of Calgary’s more desirable areas.

There are several lake communities including Lake Chaparral, Mahogany and the newest lake community Auburn Bay as well as award winning master planned community of McKenzie Towne located here. There are a variety of new and older homes in this area to meet individual needs.
